The goal of this project was to redevelop the departmental PhD handbook to better serve current and incoming students. The existing version was outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacking in clarity. I was tasked with reworking the content and structure to improve readability, consistency, and accessibility.
Concept & Results:
Working closely with faculty advisors and department staff, I led the content strategy and editorial process for the new handbook. I reorganized the layout, clarified policy language, and introduced visual structure to highlight key information more effectively. The result was a streamlined, user-friendly handbook that supports students throughout their academic journey. The project reinforced the value of clear communication and collaborative revision—and has already received positive feedback from both students and administrators.
