Aggieland Primer was a seasonal magazine designed specifically for the student community at Texas A&M University. Produced by The Bryan-College Station Eagle, the publication aimed to engage college readers with relevant content and a visually appealing format. I was tasked with designing and producing the magazine, working as part of the in-house creative team.
Concept & Results:
My role involved leading the design and layout of the section, collaborating closely with fellow designers, copywriters, and editorial staff to ensure visual consistency and editorial clarity. I focused on creating layouts that were clean, engaging, and in line with the publication’s seasonal tone. This project strengthened my skills in publication design and cross-functional teamwork, and it resulted in a well-received section that aligned with the magazine’s youthful, student-focused identity. It was a valuable experience in balancing creative vision with real-world production deadlines.
