This animated GIF was created as part of a secondary screen in a prototype for Indecomm’s Trailing Document Management system. The brief called for a clear, intuitive visual element that could explain how the system works without relying on excessive text. The focus was on simplicity, clarity, and user comprehension.
Concept & Results:
I designed and animated the GIF to serve as a quick explainer embedded directly into the product interface. I was responsible for the visual design, animation, and integration of the asset. My goal was to communicate the document workflow process in a way that was both engaging and immediately understandable to users. The final result was a clean, minimal animation that successfully conveyed key system functionality at a glance. It was well received by stakeholders and used as a core visual in internal demos. This project reinforced the importance of motion design in simplifying complex interactions, and showcased how even subtle animations can significantly improve user understanding.
